A banquet course featuring Kitajima pork and Angus beef shabu-shabu hotpot, five kinds of sashimi, salad, fried dishes, grilled dishes, and more.

Course menu

・Kitajima pork and Angus beef shoulder loin shabu-shabu hot pot

・Small bowl (grilled spring bamboo shoots with kinome sauce)

・Assortment of 5 kinds of sashimi (tuna, salmon, marinated mackerel, and 2 types of white fish of the day)

・Duck loin salad

・Mozuku seaweed tempura with turmeric salt

・Jade bun

・Rice porridge or ramen for the finale

*All-you-can-drink includes draft beer and is available separately for 2,000 yen instead of the usual 2,580 yen.
